We are pleased to present the project on which we have worked with the utmost importance and interest. Together with the partner Turkish Technic INC. (belonging to the Turkish Airlines group), we were able to complete a project that changes not only the future of transport, but also the overall use of airspace, despite the difficult pandemic situation.

The unique Taxi Drone is complemented by our 40 kW electric motor, 100 kW Motor Controller and unique battery system which has been designed specifically for this task. Developing a battery specifically for this project was a challenge. It is very important for us that all components work in synergy with the overall system, so we carefully tested the entire setup, including coaxial propellers as we used to.

OUR PARTNERS UNDERSTAND that electric motors are future of URBAN air mobility

Turkish Technic INC. is responsibly addressing the current issue of urban air mobility, which has become even more current topic in recent years, with the world changing its rules and focusing on sustainability in all areas of each industry.

Urban Air Mobility projects address congestion on conventional roads, which suffer not only in metropolitan and large cities. Last but not least, we find another positive in this modern infrastructure as easier accessibility.

Vita Inclinata is known for its life-saving system that is used to help people in critical situations and save lives. This time we would like to introduce you to their next product – the load navigator.

An efficient and safe load navigator with many features

The load navigator is a system with heavy-duty stabilisation manufactured for cranes making navigating loads faster, safer and much more precise. It is mounted to spreader bars and is designed for bigger loads up to 39,000 kilograms.

One of its great advantages is the “position keeping” function. This function keeps the load stable in the pre-set orientation while wind or slew has no impact on it. Advantages include continuous load calibration or 20-40 ton configuration options. Precision and controls of loads with an easy-to-use pendant are the main advantages for companies to keep their workers safe. Caleb Carr, the CEO and the founder of the company Vita Inclinata said, this technology is currently in use in Dubai. He also mentioned that in New York, the state regulators are working to mandate the load navigator on every crane. The load navigator saves time and improves working safer conditions for every person around.

Close, long-time collaboration
Our collaboration started about 4 years ago, but it has developed into a really close and active one. They visited us for common testing several times. Together we worked on many projects in the fields of aviation, marine industry and mass transportation systems. These days, the technical university of Munich is working on its flying application, which can be used for several purposes like medical supply delivery, etc. Students from multiple faculties are working on this project along with their professors. It won’t take a long time for us to introduce this latest project as well.

We are a proud and constant supplier of motor controllers, battery systems, electric motors and some accessories as well. What’s great for us is the fact that they share with us their data thanks to which we can upgrade our products and bring the best products possible as well as support for our partners.

How long would it take for the truck or van to cross the traffic jam in the middle of the day in the metropolitan city or to travel far away out of the town? Wouldn’t it be easier to use the drone instead? With transportation of the critical life-saving medical material, important spare parts or any other goods we need the transfer in the shortest possible period of time – aerial logistics is the solution. We would significantly cut down the delivery time and would be able to reach out to places, which are hard to get to.

That is why we will take a moment to talk about our partner Volans-i and their autonomous VTOL projects.

Volans-i’s autonomous VTOL unmanned aircraft is capable of transporting heavy payloads, up to 50 pounds, over long distances. On July 18th, 2021 Volans-i completed the first-ever delivery between two moving U.S. Navy vessels each several miles away. No runways or pilots were required, vertical landing brings the delivery anywhere you need it – open water or rough terrain – there are no limitations. Volans-i’s VTOL can travel up to 100 miles in distance directly to the destination with a top speed of 200 mph. In comparison with direct competitors, Volans-i’s delivery time is 5 times shorter.

COOPERATION BETWEEN MGM COMPRO AND X-SUN

This time we had an astonishing opportunity to be part of their next project – flying crane AF200.

We received an order for electric motors, motor controllers, battery system, customized charging system, accessories – line for line everything that makes the complex electric propulsion system consisting of.  And yet at the moment, we are still working on the new BETTER system.

Airflight Flying Crane AF200 is able to lift and deliver weight up to 200 kilograms payload with high precision. That’s especially impressive considering the full weight which is „only“ 190 kilograms because 95% of the body and frame is built from carbon fiber.

This project is designed to be light and strong. The power to weight ratio is 1.54 which is, just for your imagination, over 3 times higher than Lamborghini Aventador.

The flying crane is able to automatically take off and land safely, allowing you to focus purely on your payload and the people around you.

Crane AF200 is fitted with a variety of sensors giving it the ability to automatically detect and avoid any obstacles in its environment. This keeps operations safe for both people and equipment.

The whole setup procedure saves you plenty of time – AF200 is ready to operate in less than 30 minutes.

It’s more than possible that the taxi industry will make a progress and change the way of transportation. Our partner Hoversurf came up with the idea of airtaxi, which they want to be the best drone taxi in the industry.

In their project, they are particular about being safe, fast and comfortable. They want to be innovative and make a huge progress in the industry with their thought-provoking airtaxi in a sport style.

They are already testing their prototype to make this project a reality in a short time. It’s all possible, because they have such a great team of people as well as numerous experiences. COOPERATION WITH MGM COMPRO

MGM COMPRO and BEE appliance have been cooperating together. To be specific, MGM COMPRO provided REX30 and HBC280120 for our partner. We did an atypical firmware adjustments according to our partner specifications. It wasn’t easy at all, however we managed to deal with that, even though it was a big challenge. In the upshot, BEE appliance was contented with our work.
